Carnauba wax flakes are a hard, brittle, light yellow wax that provides a lustrous gloss. This top-quality food and cosmetic grade wax is vegetable-derived and supplied in flake form. It is FDA approved under Regulation 21 CFR 175.320 and CTFA listed. Compatible with vegetable, animal, and mineral waxes, as well as natural and synthetic resins, fatty acids, glycerides, and hydrocarbons. Insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol.
