Certificate of Origin Service

A Certificate of Origin is an official document that verifies the country of manufacture or production of the products included in your order. This document may be required by customs authorities in certain countries as part of the import clearance process.

Chemical Store ships international orders without a Certificate of Origin by default, as not all countries require one. However, if your local customs regulations require this document, it must be explicitly requested and purchased through this service before or after placing your order.

We are not familiar with every country's specific import requirements, so it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a Certificate of Origin is needed for their shipment. If required, this service must be purchased separately as it is not included in our standard shipping process.

The fee for this service covers the cost charged by our Commerce Chamber for issuing the certificate.

Upon purchasing this service, introduce your ORDER number in the document options to proceed. The certificate will be sent to the email registered in the order within 3 to 7 business days.
